Managed businesses (Pipeline construction contractor with revenue ~$100 million and up to ~500 field/project staff; Pipeline rehabilitation business involving intellectual property, fixed assets, and a core employee base), turned them around, and successfully divested them
Launched and completed organization-wide Change Management program, including delivering market-sensitive synergies arising from US$3.3 billion transformational cross-border corporate merger/acquisition, and driving/influencing broader cost savings and efficiencies
Successful carve-out of Foster Wheeler Steam generator/boiler businesses to global companies
Degrees in Civil Engineering (BE from University of Jodhpur, India; 1980-85), Construction Management (MS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech; 1989-91), and Business Administration (MBA from Harvard Business School; 1996-98)
Over three decades of post-college experience, with first decade (1986-96) in engineering / construction / project management, and the last over two decades in business / management / operations / finance / transactions
Accomplished in global markets: Relevant and significant international breadth of experience in, and with, businesses, projects and transactions in Americas (US Citizen; US resident since 1989; managed operations and lived in Canada), Asia (born and raised in India; lived in Hong Kong), Australia, and Europe (worked/lived in London)
Problem-solver, delivering consistent results, using strong work ethic and irreproachable integrity
Industry veteran, with significant mergers, acquisitions, divestments and change management experience; engineering / project management background; balance of operational and financial acumen; and broad-based industry knowledge
